To strong for me in pill form but desolve whole packet in hot water, cool and then store in bottle. Drink 10mm with 20mm of water a day and it works great.

I like this combination. when I took it I felt my skin and my body were getting better with it.

I was surprised at how small the tablets are but also surprised that the benefit was so good, for their small size. I guess there’s a lot packed into a little. I know pretty quickly if the curcumin is working well for me because if it doesn’t, my legs ache from arterial inflammation & I didn’t feel achy legs so that indicates to me that this it’s really good. I’ll order this product again.

I was highly recommended this product & will, indeed, reorder. Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Personally, I have a small throat, so they (2-tablets, once a day) do not get swallowed, immediately, hence the herbal after taste. They are small tablets.
