Very small tablet, dont get it stuck on the side of your throat like I did. Been taking these tablets for a while. I now have to take 3 a day. (Still alive)

Really good. I work driving and loading on the dustcart and after a few days I have noticed that I’m more alert and still tired, but no way as tired as I was.

I can’t remember which I bought first but now I have almost all of the nutrition Geeks range. I have lots of food intolerance issues so ingredients are a big factor for me. These are amazing, they don’t have loads of added rubbish and I have never felt unwell after taking them like I do with many others! I take iron, b12 and vitamin d every single day and have done for the last couple of months. Not sure which one or if its a combination of all but my mood had improved so much, I was having awful anxiety and no energy, I have changed my diet and am trying to get outside more and all together I have to say I feel a lot better than I did before I started these!
