These tiny tablets are great. I’m a vegetarian but mostly eat a vegan diet. I try to incorporate all the vitamins and use B12 flakes where I can in my cooking but clearly its not quite been enough.
I’ve been taking these tablets for a few weeks now and before I started taking them I was consistently tired to the point of exhaustion, had brain fog and generally felt unwell. Since I’ve started taking them the lethargy has improved and my brain fog is also much better and I don’t feel like I’m fighting a cold most of the time. I’m starting to feel more like my old self so from my point of view as I’ve not made any other changes, these must be helping.

When they arrived and I firstly saw the size of the packet I thought dam it there is no way the amount of tablets they advised.
However, when I read the packet it said there was and on opening there was definitely the right amount. I am a bariatric patient and the fact these tablets are so so small is amazing! I will only be using these tablets and this company from now on! So pleased I found them
