Small pills and easy to take!

I was feeling very tired and found myself nodding off during the day which wasn’t normal for me so i thought i would give these a try. Yes they do work and i no longer feel drained like i did. My breathing has become better as i have asthma and they have definitely helped. I can now go to work and do my job without being exhausted . I would recomend them to anyone . I am going through the menopause right now and i have to say these iron tablets have helped along with the other natural supplement i am taking… They are very small and easy to swallow

Unfortunately, three days into taking these I had a massive IBS attack – worse ever. In fairness these may or may not have causes the flare up, but reading up, it is said Iron tablets can bring on IBS attacks, so as I would rather not repeat my experience to that severity any time soon, they are going into the bin.

Good marketing re the compact packaging, which shows up the ‘average’ supplements. Good value for money in same comparison, just in my experience. Would recommend keeping in a fridge or other cool, dark place. Small size of tablets good for those with issues swallowing larger pills, but may be an issue for those with mobility problems or pain in fingers/ hands. Edit: the ‘clip-slide’ seal stopped clipping into place after ~40+ opening and closing, so transfer to an air tight container would be advised if this breaks before all tablets are used.
