The product has great utility to help keep your ears clean, do not put too much faith in the vacuum itself it does not go deep enough to clear any thick debris. The suction can clear liquid and microscopic build up.
I found the utility was fantastic, you must have patience, but the instruments were excellent at clearing thick debris found deep within the ear canal. I would recommend the product and using it on soft earwax with the utility brushes first, then vacuum last.

Not quite as good as other ones if you have medium hard wax (and have done the prep work, everything else). It got a little out. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, bought this for maintenance in between cleanings by a professional.

Although so far we haven’t managed to remove big lumps of wax, we’ve managed to get some little bits and have definitely noticed that it loosens wax that is further down the ear canal and brings it closer to the surface. As with all wax removal, olive oil makes it much more effective. Great product!

As always, you’ll read good and bad reviews, but it all depends on people’s expectations and if they follow instructions etc. I was a bit worried about sticking this in my ear and started cautiously by not putting it in too deep, but as some people had said, the suction’s not too powerful so I would doubt that you would lose your eardrum and it pulled out a fair amount of wax which was a relief! Two things that I would advise: I used over-the-counter eardrops once or twice a day for about a week to soften the wax first (as it won’t come out if it’s a big hard clump) and to make sure that the suction is as strong as it could be I would suggest that you use new, strong batteries (not some with only a bit of life left in them) – it may sound obvious, but just saying! As mentioned by others, the instructions aren’t the best, but I just followed the pictures in the advert to put an attachment onto the pump (I didn’t use the very long bit of tubing, just the plastic connector and one of the attachments). All in all, I’m pleased that I bought this.

Not the strongest suction but it is more than enough for the job if you have loosened it with ear drops! Helped me clear thick layer of ear wax that completely impaired my hearing for the past week. If you can’t be bothered to wait for NHS appointments, this could possibly save you days of frustration.

Easy to use, comes in nice compact box. Suction is ok – good for clearing liquid from ears if they get a build up like mine & the wax is wet. Use this to suck up the worst then use a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol & apple cider vinegar to clean out the ear, works an absolute treat I tell u! After 3-4 days bye bye infection
