I have these every month and find them extremely useful for spasms and spasticity in my legs due to MS. Excellent quality magnesium this brand recommend by my nutritional therapist. I’ve tried other magnesium but glycinate is much gentler on the stomach and better absorbed. I’ve used this throughout my healing journey. Helped to relax my aching muscles, reduce restless legs, calmed my nervous system, now I use occasionally to aid deeper sleep especially in the week leading up to my cycle when we (women) can feel more restless.
