I was wasting time and money buying spinach and kale for my daily smoothies, the raw versions never blending too well and there was always expired waste.
Went in search of a green supplement and this fits the bill perfectly.
I add one or 2 teaspoons to my smoothie and know I’m getting all the benefits.
Haven’t tried it by itself yet but mixed with frozen fruits, oats and seeds it’s perfect for my needs.

When I tried This for the first time, I had some coconut milk left over from a curry I had made. Not wanting to waste it, I added a teaspoon of the beige powder. The coconut milk was the dominant flavour. The next day, I tried mixing the powder with a little Greek-style yoghurt. That worked too. The flavour is not unpleasant–kind of malty and nutty. As for the health benefits claimed, it’s too early yet to tell.

I tried this product as it was quite a reasonable price. All was going well until a couple of weeks into taking it. I would get awful stomach cramps and then i’d have an upset stomach. I stopped taking it for a couple of days to see if it was the powder which caused my stomach upset. The same thing happened again when i took it. I have now switched back to taking the slightly more expensive fs greens which suits my better.
