These tablets are far too big for a young person to try to swallow. My daughter couldn’t get them down with out breaking them up. She hated the flavour too.

Tablets are large and my daughter has difficulty swallowing them. She uses yogurt to help coat them. We would still buy again.

These have really helped my daughter’s skin, and anaemia.

Bought these now my 11 year old is going through puberty already bless her. She was able to swallow it with some milk and said there wasn’t any after taste either. There she a tonne of essential vitamins in them too and a decent amount of magnesium which makes a change as most other vitamins have a tiny amount if any and the iron level is great too which is important for menstruating young girls.
