If there are inserted correctly they really do cancel out snoring. First time I thought they didn’t work but it was user error! Only downside with sleeping on my right, I do get a slight ache in the morning in that ear but it goes after 15 minutes from taking them out.

These are AMAZING. I’m a side sleeper so I chop the sticks off. I haven’t heard my boyfriend snore for two whole, blissful nights. I used to use foam but I’d have to chop slices off as my ear canals are small AND different sizes. If I chop off too much I can still hear, not enough and my ears are super sore. Swapped to silicone ball for my particularly tiny ear which hurts less but it breaks the seal constantly so I’m always woken once the seal has gone. I’ve had two uninterrupted nights of sleep, my offspring launching her phone onto the bathroom floor woke me this morning but I’d need a miracle or to be dead to block that. They haven’t made my ears sore. And they should last much longer than foam. Very happy, just don’t push them in too far cos then they can be sore. Just the tip.

If your someone who struggles with feeling overwhelmed a lot by your surroundings, or have sensory overload like myself, or even have anxiety these are peeerfecttt! I have at least one with me at all times in my bag and also on my bedside table.????????????????????????♀️I haaaateeeee hearing the springs in my mattress when I try to sleep or hearing the TV downstairs so I just pop one in and bobs your uncle. Sometimes I don’t want to put earphones in and listen to more music but I also don’t always want to completely cancel out all noise around me, so noise canceling headphones wasn’t something I was looking for either. Sometimes I just want to ‘turn the volume down’ so I’ll just put one in my ears and it really truly does help me, so a big thank you for this!!????????xx

These are very effective at blocking out all noise. They help me sleep or focus. The only flaw I think they have is that they can get quite uncomfortable after wearing for long periods and make the ears itch, but I still really recommend them.

Comfortable, easy to use and dull out noise. I use them when my neighbour plays with his power tools particularly the chainsaw and circular saw, also dims the noise of dogs barking. When I’ve worn them once Ill soak them in a jar of warm soapy water and rinse and dry with tissue. I have three packs. Worth the money for a peaceful and enjoyable life.
